Co-owner of house on a newly inactive account??

Please Help! I am co-owner of a home that I think the owner has become inactive on. What is going to happen to this house? Is there a time limit that I have to get my things out of there? Any answers would be greatly appreciated thanks

If they stopped payment on the account the house will start to decay from 90 days of the last paid day, it'll take about 5 days to fall so 95 days from whenever. I'd get your stuff out and stashed somewhere else if you're worried about it, alternately you can just check the house sign every couple days for signs of decay. Of course that is a risky way to go, it is invariable the week you are sick with the flu or on vacation or just don't play UO that the house will decide to decay and drop.

Guess I will be moving everything out of there sooner than later...don't want to worry about it falling, as it is in Felucca and could become a problem for me if I wait too long.
