Co-Owner help

I've been decorating my new house for Christmas been getting everything in place. The char I use to decorate it is co-owned because she can place everything no matter the age, or so I thought. I can't place a stone ankh or a rug from the 10th anni stuff with her it keeps telling me it has to be done by the owner. Well the owning acct isn't old enough to place the ankh, the rug is fine but this is very annoying. Any one else have these difficulties? I don't ever remember having this much trouble placing items.

Yup. I've had problems with the Ankh for some time now. It has to be placed by the house owner....if owner isn't old enough, they can't place, nor can they remove it if it's placed by someone else.

I have a simular problem now with my banner deeds. I placed them with my co- owner whose old enugh to place them. Yet when i tried to take them down and redeed because i wanted different patterns it tells me only the home owner or the placer can redeed yet no char on either account can re-deed them.

I hate buggyness such as this.

Just had a thought....... is the acount you couldnt place the anni rug with actually upgraded to an expansion that includes that stuff??? Just a thought but if that account runs on an old expansion maybe that is where the problem lays?

nor can they remove it if it's placed by someone else.

But it cant be placed by someone else if it has to be placed by the owner.. So they wouldnt have any trouble remove it cuz they would have to be the one that placed it? If that makes any sence..

Yes it's upgraded to 9th. It's the age problem. the account is only 3 months old. I may try to play swap houses to solve the problem until after Christmas, or I may make a cross with other items.

For some reason this year, I couldn't place reindeer with my house's co-owner. Placed all other add-ons just fine (xmas trees, hearth of the home fire, etc).
