Clydesdale 1 => 5 slot

Introduced during The Rifted Crown Event

Blank Calculator

Can have up to 185 Dexterity.

New Tamable: The Clydesdale
A new breed of horse has been discovered throughout Sosaria!
Spawns in 5 locations in Ilshenar and 6 in The Lost Lands (3 Felucca, 3 Trammel)
Available in 12 hues, from common to uber rare
Use a Totem of Chromatic Fortune to improve spawn odds for rare hues
Must be tamed by a skilled Animal Tamer, but can be used by anyone (if not trained with advanced animal training)
Starts as a 1-slot magical pet; trainable up to 5-slots

Special ability: Last Stand
If the rider takes lethal damage, the pet will prevent it once every 30 minutes

They start with varying stats.

Here is an example of a plain one:

Since it is an Equine, Battle defense should appear after 100 Parry.
No active Ninja or Bushido since they are not from Tokuno. They are needed as passives for some abilities.

Making an active magic Clydesdale.

Such as AI/Chiv

First round points allocation:

I start by making the pet get a base build asap and add things that help it Train.
You can go in your own order.

1. Set Dexterity to Max. 150
2. Set Stamina to Max. 150
3. Set the resists how you want them

I'm adjusting things to aid in training.

4. Set the Hit Point Regeneration to Max. 20
5. Rest in HP. Any 1 or 2 points left put in Mana.

This Horse looks like this after this round:
1749185199470.png 1749185217765.png 1749185235445.png

Second round points allocation:

1. Set Strength to 700. Maximum
2. Set the Intelligence to 370.
3. Set the Mana Regeneration to Max 30
4. Set the Stamina regeneration to what you want. (you may run out of points)
use the last few points in Mana.

This Horse looks like this after this round:

Your base pet is almost finished and you have 2 more rounds

Third round points allocation:

Since the base pet is almost done.

You now decide how much more Hit Points, Mana, and Stamina Regeneration you want.

1. I chose to set my Stamina Regeneration to 15. Horses are kinda squishy
2. I'm going to max out the base damage per second for a 4 slot pet. (save a few points for the next round)
3. I decided to set the mana to 1000
4. Now ill use the remaining points in Hit Points.
Remaining 1 or 2 in Mana

The Horse looks like this now: Dayum

1749186766214.png

Last round points allocation:

Here is where you set the Max Damage per second to Maximum, Add your specials, add your Magic.

1. Set Base Damage per second to MAXIMUM !!!
2. Add Armor Ignore
or your choice of abilities
3. Add Chivalry or the magic you want.
4. Add the scrolls you want to use.
5. Put the rest of the points in Hit Points and Mana

The end result with 120 scrolls could look like this:

1749187392845.png 1749187419854.png 1749187438658.png 1749187461089.png 1749187489581.png

A Beefy piece of horse flesh.

Making a Clydesdale With A Passive and Active Magic.

It will follow a similar building path as the single magic pet. I'm going to add abilities and a magic in round 3, another magic in the last round.

I'm using this poor specimen:

First round points allocation:

I start by making the pet get a base build asap and add things that help it Train.

Second round points allocation:

1. Set Strength to 700. Maximum
2. Set the Intelligence to 370.
3. Set the Mana Regeneration to Max 30
4. Set the Stamina regeneration to what you want. Can only get around 5 (you may run out of points)
use the last few points in Mana.

Third Round Points Allocation:

I want to get the base pet finished first.

1. I chose to set my Stamina Regeneration to 10.
Now decide what passive magic you want to use. That magic will be tied to a Special Move

Lets say a Basic FWW/Chivalry pet. Adding FWW costs 701 points for the move, magic, and scroll.
Right now we are choosing the special that requires a passive magic.
Here are the Special Moves that require a Passive Magic.

1749953845541.png

2. I am choosing Frenzied Whirlwind which will cost 600 Points. 500 for Ninjitsu and 100 for FWW
3. If you want to add another Special, you can at this time. That would cost 100 points
You can also choose another special that requires the magic you just added. Only Talon strike for Ninjitsu.
You will have 700 to 800ish points left.
4. Now decide to add points to these 3 things. Mana, Hit points, Stamina Regen
5. Put those points in until you run out.

Last round points allocation:

Here is where you set the Max Damage per second to Maximum add add your Active Magic.

1. Set Base Damage per second to MAXIMUM !!!
2. Add Chivalry
or the active magic you want.

At this time you can save 700 points for scrolls and add points to Mana, Hit points, Stamina Regen

4. Add the scrolls you want to use.
5. Put the rest of the points in Hit Points Mana, Stamina Regen

This pathetic starting horse looks like this now.

1749949264959.png 1749949280954.png 1749949412747.png

Pretty good build for this.

Other builds that you can make and have a horse with very good stats:

These are disposable pets since you can get one at any time.

I think I am going to try this one:
Since the pet already has Ninjitsu, it only costs 100 more points.

Talon Strike – Attack with increased damage with additional damage over time. Can increase the duration base on how the amount of true skill over 50 which caps at seven seconds at 120 skill.

1749955198251.png

Others you can try: Use whatever magic you want. Practice on test Center.

Clydesdale Poison Build

You can make a poison build with these also.
You must go in order.

Choose poison magic and you will activate the Area Abilities with poison.
1749179941197.png

Choose one of those.

Then you can add Armor Ignore or another ability.
(At this point, raise the pets poison skill to 100 if you desire.)

Then you can put Chivalry or another magic on.

Clydesdales at 5 slots are pretty beastly. 900+ HP with Chiv+AI, and enough TP left for full 120s. They can spawn with up to 185 DEX, and so any 173+ DEX one can reach the 190 DEX Movement Speed Cap with a GM+ Eval Bless cast on them.

Does anyone know if we are going to be able to make armor for these beasts?

Are the Clydesdales going to be permanently spawning after the event, or available just during the event?

Where is your source of information on this?
If it’s like previous event they will not spawn when the event is over.

I would have thought they be for a limited time like colored mares. This would encourage players to buy totems to increase there chances for a rare colored one.

There is a lot to do in this event, so players aren’t going to feel rushed to go out and get them, plus they put a lot of work into them. The bit about cheating death may have also played a hand in the decision - you may not want something this powerful only being available to those who played from June - September of 2025, or who have a lot of gold.

They will still sell a ton of Glorious Fortune potions,
