Im interested, but just out of curiosity, is this some kind of an exploit because it doesnt look like an EM drop to me since it has no name on it.

Not sure of it's origin, got it from an IDOC a few months back(had 3 of them in one bag). The only info I can provide is the pictures and how it functions.
If anything I'd say it was "bugged" rather than exploit, If it was exploited I'd assume I'd have seen a few more around here and there.

I have to be honest and say I have no clue where or how it became what it is...(was IDOC loot).
