Quick question on this item, I know Origin was the first shard do the live event that is going on all shards. I am just wondering if this item will be dropping on all shards?

I'm pretty sure these Crystals and the Guantlets of virtue bane, and the humble pies will be on all shards.

I too have one of these crystals, but the wording on it, seems like it might have a hidden timer, I'm still waiting to see if its going to poof on me. They were supposed to be turned in, to help with the storyline.
