If I had known it was going to be auction, I wouldn't have offered 15, I would have offered 13, since you stated you were holding out for 15 so I figured that would was the buyout and then you told me it was mine.

My mistake I suppose, and like I said you're welcome for the 3M bump up to your 'reserve price.'
