I am not sure what you mean by "I client". Do you mean the client crashes?

After 13 years, that's a new one to me... we just call it crashing. 
To my knowledge, you'll need to log on with another character and page a GM. They can monitor the account and see when the crash occurs - then potentially relocate the character to a new area hoping the issue does not happen.
