Client Crash

Just in Luna and client crashed, wont let me back in. Keeps saying Client Crash when I try to log at the point where you pick character. Tried running UOA with Admin no help. Anyone else having problems this morning. TY.:fight:

That sounds like you're 'blackholed'. Solution is to page a gm on another character and hope you get a friendly one. What happened, when that happened to me, was the GM told me to log in the character that was holed and he had to try to grab her as she appeared.

Confirmation if you can log in with a different character.
It's sometimes possible, if you have resources available, to log in on a more powerful computer and move the char.

If you have both clients installed, try logging in on the other client (i.e. NOT the one that gives you the crash) and see if it will let you get out of the area

had a guild mate chain crash like 30 times last night.

he finally gave up and quit for the night.

reminded me of UO back in 1998

This happened to me. In certain spots after the new patch, all of my characters would crash. Reinstalled and tada no problems.

Uoherald.com link to the clients is a very quick DL!

TY so so much for all your help. I downloaded the EC (which took forever) and woot woot I was able to get my 2 guys back home to safety.:thumbup:
Cant thank you enough. I will now reinstall the classic client. TYTY:danceb:

It must've been a bug where art files or something didn't update right? All I can think of because I would crash whenever I ran into the same areas.

Glad you got it fixed.
