Classic Client won't install

I recently upgraded to a completely new computer with Windows 10. I had no issues installing the Enhanced Client but the Classic Client seems to be getting held up.
I should probably mention that I am recently converted from a Mac so I'm an amateur PC user...

It's sitting at the Extracting GDF... process of the install which looks like about 99% complete.
Eventually it just times out and gives me an error message.

Any thoughts or ideas on how to fix it? Or maybe the file is corrupt?
