is holding a Sleepy Dragon Hunt,
to take place:

Upon the evening of the 15th day
of March at 8 and 30 o'clock
in the eastern sky

Come to the Horse's Head Tavern
and be prepared for the Sleepy Dragon

All gold is going into the City's coffers​
