Seems like it is bugged when the creatures are provoked.

Verified, when you provoke creatures on one another, if you cast EOO after the provoke, it doesn't last 3 seconds.

I don't know if I'm more surprised that it's only bugged with provoked creatures, or that you're playing with someone who does provoke.

Killing the Minions of Scelestus.

I verified too. With(hitting) the minions as well. 156 then 8 then 3 then gone.
156 9 then 4 then gone.

If I EEO a trapdoor spider it doesn't go away, but the minute i hit the provoe'd creatures(after casting EEO), it does(go way).

I buged this few days back doing demons in Ter mur..
I was using eoo and someone else was proving./disco and using bard mastery.

Whe tryed different combos to see what it was , to find out its provoking thats the problem...
