[Price Check] Chessy Tram Castle in Vesper Guard Zone

I am thinking of selling my rare Tram castle located in the Vesper guard zone. In 2002, there was a contest that awarded one of these castles on every shard in the guard zone. I am not sure how many shards still have them. This is located on Chesapeake and I am hoping to get a price check on just the castle, not to include contents.

No it does not. The build date stays the same, just the owner changes.
