Maybe someone can answer here before it gets moved. Whats a mini Small Stone Keep deed and a small thatched-roof cottage Deed selling for now?

Easiest way to find out is to get a house placement tool and do a dummy placement. The basic of these is about 52K or so, unless you are looking for the price of one that is already placed then that price is set by the owner.

I think she means the mini house models that are placeable inside houses.

Small stone keep last i heard 5m or so and thatched roof a few mill as well, this was years ago tho so who knows now. They should go for more at least.

I have seen them for upwards to 7 mil. Anywhere between 5 and 7.
