It is also not fully completed and the fel brit bank only has ONE pentagram laid for the entire design.

The Felucca side was never meant to be decorated. The arcane circle was placed there because people complained there was one in Trammel.

pfft. That's part of the charm of the area. I don't want them to EVER take the spawn out, along with the two or three other areas.
