Chesapeake Invasion is Broken - Moonglow

@Kyronix @Bleak,

Just an FYI, Chesapeake's Invasion seems to be broken. It seems to be stuck on Moonglow and there is no spawn. It has been broken for a few hours now . A few players have paged and we have not had a response.

It was stuck on moonglow this morning also and was paged on and about 10-15 minutes later it was in another city
