Chesapeake Downtime?

Has Chesapeake always gone down after 7am? I logged on at 7am (eastern) this morning expecting to tend my plants and they hadn't grown yet. Shortly after that I got the "System is going down shortly" message. I tried to login early another day earlier this week and Chessie wasn't on the list.

The only thing I can think of is maybe the servers are Windows based and don't have the DST patch and they think it's 6am?

Theyre Linux-based, and they have poor time management. I've noticed the system clock is off, regardless of the hour, from UTC by several minutes.

Ever since Saturday the 25th, the server has been going down after 7am.
