I have added the following information to the main auction post:

This should go without saying, but the Vesper Auction reserves the right to eject or ban any individual from the auction at our discretion. First and/or minor offenses will likely only receive an ejection, but repeated and/or extreme behaviors will earn a ban. Behaviors likely to earn such a ban include:

-Bidding without paying.
-A pattern of breaking the auction house rules.
-A pattern of disrupting player events.
-A pattern of abusive behavior toward other players.

We are quite lenient, and our ban list is very short. Any specific inquiries about this policy should be discussed privately with either myself or Victor II.
