Thalidar, take the corn cob out of your... mouth. Guarding sigils is much funner then Yew chPvP. Unless for the fact that last night there were 15 trammie factioners, and 5 actual true faction chPvpers on last night. All we could do is grief em and see how long we could last in there base running around before we died. Now that right there my friend is a rush lol.

lol Zynia. Thats the most confusing sarcasm I've seen in awhile. Of course girls hang out at the bank. They buy the men all the best pvp weapons, and potions, and make stuff for us. Heck they even cook up enchanted apples for us.

Doubt that... IRL 4 the win!
It all pointless, a waste of time from PVM to PVP etc, but we all are here logging in everyday & night to play and waste our time on a game. Why because Its an escape from the real world plus also fun to do things with people from all over the USA and other countries. People you will never meet in real life that you consider a friend. Now when you type in your username, and password to log into any game you play UO WOW etc remember its all pointless, and a waste of time.
OH!!! is that what all those checks my UO hubby was handing me was for to buy him weapons etc. All this time I thought the checks were for me to buy what I wanted. After retiring, a man went to the Social Security office
to apply for Social Security.
The woman behind the counter asked him
For his driver's license to verify his age.
He looked in his pockets and realized
he had left his wallet at home.
He told the woman that he was very sorry,
but he would have to go home and come back later.
The woman said, "Unbutton your shirt."
So he opened his shirt revealing his curly silver hair.
She said, "That silver hair on your chest is proof enough for me."
And she processed his Social Security application.
When he got home, he excitedly told his wife about his
experience at the Social Security office.
She said, "You should have dropped your pants
You might have gotten disability, too"
And then the fight started.....

I suppose your right to an extent.. but it reminds me of everquest where people would spend literally a whole day camping a spawn just for some item to drop. I had one friend who wasted 8 hours a day for a week just waiting for one guy to spawn so he could kill him. Now that is a waste of life, in factions, i guess I fail to realize the real goals of having the towns, other then faction horses and guards; I just don't see the point. Ehh I suppose your right although... to each their own.

The real point of factions is so most people dont have to play reds but can still have an extra group of people to fight without everyone ganking them.

Your all wrong/right. Factions:
-You get to have large battles, defending or attacking a base.
-You get uber looking horses is why factions is even mentioned in this forum because thats is the only trammie thing posible in factions. (Get to look cool in brit with you horse swag)
-You get faction sigils which controls the towns, when you control the towns you get A. Ore vendors B. Potion bottle vendors C. Regent vendors (OMG that might be trammie) D. Board Vendors E. Faction Guards (Theres a whole lot of em im not listing them all)
People in luna would kill to get these vendors for the fact you can buy all the recources for 1/2 the cost as they are in The regular world (Tram)
-You can control the vendors prices up or down in each city, or Control the faction guards in one town. Depending if your a trammie lol or a Griefer.
-You can PvP or chPvP all day long and actually have fun. Not get screen shots on stratics forums on how bad you suck. Not even anthius does this. More honorable and much much more fun.
-Thiefs, never need them anymore except for factions. The most intense thievery in the game by far.
-Defense building. You can stratigize a defense for the safe keeping of your sigils. Each base in unique. This is way cooler then popping through a gate and finding the first person you want to kill then running in your house healing up then wash rinse.
Theres always more....

I see your point to but I usually don't get to waste my time like I did watching the sigils. I had no kids to watch the next day, so I decided take the time an relax watching them. I will probley not get another chance to do that for along time. because real life comes first

Your all wrong.
Factions were/are a consentual pvp system. A pvp switch so to speak. Factions no longer serve any real purpose since statloss has been removed.
Factions should be changed to allow aggressive actions in trammel ruleset, like the old order/chaos system. NO sigils or anything there, but definately allow me to cruise WBB and pick up a few points.

Or better yet faction theives chilling by the luna vendors when an unsuspecting factioner buys a new orny!
The last part about thieves may be the only sensible thing anyones ever posted on stratics since AOS came out.
