Cheater!

I've seen a number of post on the official forums saying that cheating is getting worse. Is this true? Have you seen more bots since this time last year? Are more honor lechers standing around battlegrounds doing nothing? Do you see more people using exploits?

I personally haven't seen an exploit at all. I've seen two botters, but they were pre-BC. AFKers...maybe one or two per BG. Not worse from what I've seen.

I haven't actually seen a bot either. Not that I would even recognize one if I ran across one!

I report people in IF all the time for spamming their gold selling web sites, but that's about it.

Maybe it's gotten worse but I just haven't noticed it?

It's merely a macro bot, not really hard to do.

I don't do it but I know people who are tired of the honor grind who do.

Last night in fact, I think I saw the first obvious cheater. It was in Nagrand.

I saw a 70 Human Mage mounted and casting Fireballs at Enraged Rock Gollems. (sp?) He fired 3 or 4 bolts lightning fast from the top of his horse and then zipped to the corpse when it fell. Then it zipped right back to the original spot and targeted another one and fired more Fire bolts from its horse saddle.

Really? I have done it a couple times and didn't know it wasn't allowed. I was using game mechanics to kill another player. Not my fault if Blizz dosen't fix it.
