i have star galaxies and logging in is fine but it wont let me pick a charater.can u help?

What happens when you are on the character selection screen?

Do you have some characters that you have already created?

If you highlight one of them and then click "Next", what happens?

Do you see a box pop up that says "Connecting to Server" or something like that? If so does it just sit there indefinately?
