Character Transfer question.

Just wondering if anyone can help me answer a quick question with the character transfer token, if my character of A shard has brit library/vesper collection points and clean up points, can those points be transferred along with the character to shard B?

clean up points do transfer..... mine did. no idea about the library points, though.
