There should be a npc somewhere who will trade them for something useful, think in brit but I'm not sure

Ahha, yes, you can get a 7th anniversary gift for them. Go to west brit bank, and go inside (not on the roof) and have the token in your pack. Walk up to the travel agent.

And, I guess, since Britain is a faction town: watch out for pks.

just took a look what those 7th anniversary gifts are....
on other shards those tokens ... at least the char transfer tokens is worth 14 millions and more.... would be real nice indeed to get at least a soulstone for them instead
