I would love to know this as well..they all default to the ready pose. You can change the pose but the ready pose is superimposed over it. I haven't been able to figure out how to fix it. They haven't worked right for a LONG time. *frowns*
It's number 1 on my list in the bugs thread and Mesanna passed it along to QA.
