Char tranfer and Spring clean points

Does anyone know if i transfer a char with spring clean points to another server do the points stay with the char or will they be lost?

pretty sure points are bound to character ! Might wait to see if someone has tried it though

I've transferred from napa to atlantic and back with no loss in points.

The clean up points are indeed bound to a particular character and will travel with you wherever you go.

Speaking of which, are there any known issues with transfering chars regarding:
- Library points
- Clean Up points
- Quests done (Access to various Dungeons, Speelweaving, Tier Quests, etc...)
- Loyalty points
- Recipes learned and special crafting books read
- Personal Bless Deeds (both while deeded OR while active on an item)
- Personal Attendants (deeded obviously)
- Old character bound Gift Tickets (the recent ones are not character dependent)

Or anything else that I can't think of?
