char statue makers

I see in my choice for 6th year rewards 3 char statue makers . I dont see these listed in stratics . Are these reusable or one shot deals?Also is the statue of the person using it or can you use to make a statue of anyone?

The statue is of the character using the maker. They can be redeeded and placed again.
