Changing speech colour

How's that possible? I'm using the 2D client. In the options menu i couldn't figure any way of changing my own speeech colour. But many people out there are having different colours.

How's that possible?

Go to paperdoll then hit options.

From options go to display (looks like an eye)

scroll down (probably the part you didnt do when looking)

change speech color

hit apply
