Chance to Hit NPC

I googled Swordsmanship, it said it has influence on chance to hit a monster. It didn't specify a calculation.

Tactics and Anatomy appear to only affect damage.

So other than HCI, HLD on gear and (weapon skill) is there anything else that enhances a characters ability/chance to land a hit?

Should I stay at 110 swords or take it to 120?

Is there a noticeable difference at 120 over 110 or is it just a waste of gold and time? Character stands as follows: Anatomy 100 Healing 100 Parry 100 Swords 110...

110 swordsman vs. 120 swordsman = 46% chance to hit.

Both of those are from over 15yrs ago. Im not sure they still apply.

My question remains though, other than weapon skill and HCI/HLD is there anything else that increases a characters chance to land a hit?

Im not concerned with doing large damage. I just want successful hits.

Lowering the target's defense is what comes to mind.
Discord it?

Not sure if the HLD debate if it works on mobiles was ever solved.

The masteries might have something to help? Special moves on weapons?
