Chance to discord?

I tryed to find a post w/ the chance to discord Lady M but could not. Anyone know the numbers?

And also the peerless bosses and a few other monsters (like the daemon beserkers in moonglow) will shrug off half the discord. So it will be like 14% discorded not 28%.
