Champ Spawns bugged?

The interior pentagrams are lit up, and there are red candles indicating that they are active; but there is no spawn whatsoever.

I have heard similar problems on other shards, such as Origins.

Has the latest patch broken the Champ spawns?

INB4 Cartel doesn't spawn anyways.

We did a spawn, and while the Champ was up, the spawn restarted, and with 5 candles.

Might be interesting to see a little Coon on Coon action.

We all know you guys never do your own spawn...you like to be bullies instead!

It's all good though, you guys are more fun and legit to fight than others... expect one member of G-Unit in your guild... has suddently gotten faster, dunno wtf is up with that :sleep2:

And yes, champ spawns are jacked up.
