This should come as no surprise now that Blizzcon has sold out. I should get stop watch next year to see how quick they get put on sale. If you were unable to get a ticket to Blizzcon, there are people putting them up for sale on eBay, however, Blizzard made numerous efforts to avoid scalping and there is still*a large chance people will be scammed if they attempt to purchase tickets in this manner. On the Blizzcon site the rules to pick up your tickets are very clear.

"Tickets and badges must be picked up at the Anaheim Convention Center; Blizzard Entertainment will NOT be mailing the badges out. To pick up your tickets, you will need to provide the credit card used to make the purchase. There are no exceptions to this."
There are also other valuable information posted inder the FAQ, that demonstrates the efforts Blizzard has gone through to prevent scalbing and illegal ticket sales. My advise, DO*NOT to buy tickets on eBay, as you will more than likely be out a large sum of cash, with no ticket to speak of. In order for a buyer to receive a ticket via eBay the seller would have to give them to that individual near the convention center. Please keep all this in mind if you are considering this option.
