Castle Placement help - option not available on placement tool?!?

Good morning!

I asked this question in the castle/deco thread without much luck (maybe i'll do better here!)

I've looked everywhere for the information on placing a castle and I'm a bit confused.

The option to actually build the castle is not an option on the house placement tool?

What am I missing?

Any help would be GREATLY apprecaited

It;s the last option in the classic homes options
