What is the highest Casting/Casting Recovery you can get?

I got to 8/13 but I might be missing some items. It's a 1/4 ring, ornament of the magician 2/3, vesper replica chaos shield 1/2, mantle of archlich 1/0, scabbard of juonar 1/0, halo 1/0, jumus hide 0/1, drogenis spellbook 1/3.

Actually I think spellweaving gets 4/6, as do bard masteries.

there are PVM debuffs , like cacouphonic howl, that lower your FC/FCR, and going above the caps help with this, same as going over caps on resists helps with corpse skin ect. there are other, more beneficial stats you could have.
