It wouldn't be so bad if the tattletalers would just grow a backbone and stop spamming the alerts. Honestly, if you can dish it, you should be able to take it (within reason). If someone doesn't like that someone is talking about them, ignore or leave. no one is holding you hostage to this site.

Simple truth - defying the staff, kicking and screaming, spouting profanities, reposting what was removed, etc. etc. will get you nowhere (that's a generic "you" meant for everyone), or rather - it will get you banned over and over...
