Cap on resists?

I see people talking about their new dragons missing so many points of resist.
What is the cap on their resists? is it a general cap for all tameables or something?

The resist caps on the new dragons seems to be:

Phy 85
Fire 90
Cold 55
Poison 60
Energy 75
