Cap on mana regen

What is the cap and how much do i need to take the place of 100 med skill ( is this even possible). I Would like to lower med on my tamer and use points elsewhere. Would like to add disco and provoke to my tamer but need over 100 pts for it . About to build entire new suit for my tamer so was wondering what i need. I have 100 lrc 70's + but no mana regen or any other stats. Sorry if posted in wrong place.

to answer question there is no hard cap and I have a tamer that does not have med at all and mana is not a problem and I use spellweave also

what you want is a 100% lrc all 70 suit with 8+ mana regen this is not that hard to do and even if the resists are in the 60s that still will be ok although 70s would be better obviously unless you are very mana intent in other words if you are using your spells mainly to do damage and heal pet instead of vet then you may need med depends on play style for me this is fine and I can always stone a skill and move med back or eveL

I thought that mana regen from items had been given a cap dependant on meditation skill? Or maybe I'm just imagining things since the wyrms started laughing at my treasure hunter.

The cap was replaced with a diminishing returns system.

My scribe has GM meditation, 120 focus, 110 int, and 14 mana regen in items and have a pretty good mana stock to make scrolls with well over the lmc cap.

But I always wonder what his actual mana regen rate is.

if I did my math right your rate would be 33.25 every 10 seconds

OK so +8 mana regan same as 100 med ? (+8mr = 100 med) I have a Crystalline Ring, hat of magi and a Rune Beetle Carapace. (hate using it since the res stats on it suck) Will be very hard to get a 70's lrc suit with these items without jewls. I can make 1 or the other lol. Guess i need to start going through my things before i start looking to buy things. Might be better off buying a runic kit or 2 since i have a 120 tailor also. Just every thing i have tried to enhance in the past breaks. (what drops good arm worth enhancing). I never find good armor from champ or pearless bosses. 1 time i found some real good armor from bone demon worth enhancing but lost it as well with 120 tailor 100 arms lore.

If you ask me, resists should be a fairly back-burner concern for your tamer. You have a giant meat shield to take all the damage for you. My tamer runs around with resists in the 40's in a high luck suit and does just fine.

If you use a lot of mana in your adventures, then yes you will want that MR. Since there is that pesky diminishing returns soft-cap now, you might consider mixing it up with LMC where you can. If you use less mana, that's less you need to regen.

Basicly yes only because you get a free 2 base regen other wise it would be 100=10

yes they have 3 regen and go for about 500k depending on shard can go as high as 5 or 6 mill but if you have a crafter you can make them for alot less
