Can't steal from packies more in fell?

After server up today on Europa, I get message 'You cannot steal from this' when trying to steal from pack horse in fell!

Didnt know packies was considered EM's. Nor did I know the code should kick in today - thought that was tomorrow!

Probably a dumb question but did you use the "All Guard Me" command first?

Yes, I did. But when you in fell, only different with all guard me is it goes green for you - and you will not be flagged as criminal.

I tried 2 different accounts, and both got same resoult. Can not steal from pack horses in fell.

#1 Stealing from EMs should be legal anyway (unless they are yellow or in trammel)

#2 It's not shocking that they tried to "fix" something with stealing and broke the skill.

HAHA, another FAIL? yeah, I'm certainly not surprised - Seems to be a LOT of those happening, what's up w/ that? Maybe we're just expecting too much?

OP would get a msg like "catch yourself redhanded" etc if it wasn't green?

How are you stealing? As in are you targeting a specific item or just targeting the horse? What is the item you're trying to steal? I ask because some people may not remember you can't steal bags and maybe you can do random steal from a packhorse. Or maybe you have a newbie item or blessed item (one that doesn't say blessed but is) on the packy.

this is in preparation for the newest incomplete pack.. it will have a stealing dummy.

if you cant steal from a packy, how do you raise skill now?

devs should be forced to play at least 4 hours a day.

Wow This is officially the lamest thing in ages. It's okay though, last night I snooped EM Promethium, sending the poor guy into a total freak out. Apparently he was worried that thieves can steal BLESSED items.

It's more of an "update" that an expansion imo. The thing is if this went off with out breaking anything people would complain they did it right lol.

Lamest? I thought that harassing the EMs, stealing things not meant to be stolen, and breaking into private homes was the lamest.
