Can't get quest from Victoria in Doom

How do I get this quest?? I left-click on her and don't see the "Ask about Chyloth" selection that I get with one of my other chars??

For this char (bard) that I'm trying to get the quest with, I hopped a trip to Doom once before (1st time there) in a party...

Does that affect it? The ONLY active quest I have is the one for the Twisted Weald entrance...

Check your character quest gump, which is found on the same menu you'd go to if you were to toggle item insurance. If you have the quest already, or have another of the old quests, you can't get a new one until you either complete or quit the other quest.
