Can't "drag" status bars... ??

Hi all,

Finally got a system that runs the EC just fine - which means I'm new at this. Been using the Classic UI for 13yrs and want to try the EC now.

In the Classic UI I could just drag a creature or char and get their health bar onscreen. I can't do this with the EC... How do you go about getting healthbars onscreen?

is the same on ec... if you are using a mod be sure that is working...
