Hello everybody,

I am stepping away from UO for good and for real this time. I have far too much going on in my life and I find that all I do when I do log on is collect BODs that I don't even fill. I have very little interest in the game sadly.
I would like to offer up my entire museum to the right buyer. This includes all 170+ candles, the deco and cases, as well as the plot it is housed in. I do not have a price in mind and I am not in a fiery hurry to get rid of it. I would love to see it go to someone willing to pick up the torch and keep it open and hopefully growing! Although, I must admit, I may already own nearly every candle out there. ;)

well id hold it in its current state on a side account for ya. i don't see myself really adding to it unless donations.. but at least i could keep it up.. im sure others you know better would do the same.

If you truly love the candles... you might consider holding onto it or at least 50 favorites of yours. Put it in the bank and perhaps you'll make it back to the game later on. Then you can choose to collect again or use them as starting gold

I want to thank you all for the love and joy knowing each one of you has brought to me! But, I am sadly going to leave and I will not be returning. My life has become an amazing thing, full of smiles and positivity. I was not like that for a really long time. The immensity of my new love for life is one of immense immenseness! IT's HUGE! HAHA But the monthly cost and the time away from my other hobbies and interests no longer is worth my time. I have no ill will towards the game or any of you, it's quite the contrary. Doing this has been really hard for me, which I am sure you can all understand. I just logged on and perused what was being offered up and found myself thinking "hmmm, I want that", and "that would look super cute". But I am leaving.
Without going down the list of each one of you with whom I will miss and am glad to have met and known, just know that if you and I have ever talked, I will not forget you. Ok, before I start to cry, I will wrap this up.

The Museum plot is easy worth 75 million. I paid between 8 and 12 million for the majority of the candles, and a LOT more on a handful of them. 2 complete quest sets and clean up dyed display cases holding the candles. A lot of love, time, and care went into this project. I am currently cataloging the candles so I can reach a fair asking price for the whole shabang. Also, I am gathering all of my rares, most of which are wearable, to auction off. Look for that soon.

I'll be around off and on a little while longer, and I'll look for you!! *waves*

Sad to say but the game dies a little more each day when we loose the quality of players like you. Though I don't know you well I do know that you have had a big impact on this game and the people that play it. I do realize that life is great but the selfish side of me hates it when I see these posts. As you continue on you will catch yourself thinking of UO and will be smiling of all the fond memories that you have had, I know because I did that for 8 years. I am so glad that I continued to pay for the game so that when I came back I had all of my guys and the stuff that they had, Lol and a measly 3m gold. "Cheers" and I hope that we will see you roaming the lands some day again in the future.

So after a couple interested parties beconing un-interested, I will be breaking up my collection to sell at the Rares Jubilee. It pains me to do, but at least this way the candles remain in the community and not in a bank box too risk being lost forever. I will also be selling my few remaining wearables and other rares at the event.
I am looking for a vendor in Luna ATL if anyone has a spot (looking at you Nor :) ) so that I can sell of some of the non-rares items I have gathered over the years.

@Adeka Sad to see you breaking up your collection, but I can definitely find a vendor spot for you if you want one, if all else fails I can always move the mailbox to open a spot. @BluNtMaN[ATL] owns your old vendor spot If he would be willing to give it back to you.

@Adeka and @Captn Norrington - I have 2 vendor spots at Captn's. I really only keep one stocked (shhh, dont tell captain). The other is for gold storage.. BUT - I just bought a first row 18x18 outside Luna Northside, so i can move gold storage there. I can drop so she can place - unless you already figured this out.

Thank you @Adeka for the smooth trade. You will be greatly missed. You will be happy to know that I will be displaying all the candles and not selling them, in hopes you will return for them one day. Have a great sabbatical, we will be waiting with open arms upon your return. *hugs* *waves*

I'm curious, how do you "hold" an account for someone? I have accounts for a friend or two and some for family that quit that someday I hope to see again but after putting them on my master account, how do I give them back?
