Can you Order Anything Yet From the Origin Store? Can we please have an update on being able to spend money?

I bought High Seas, Rustic, Stygian Abyss, Woodworkers Bench, Two Mythic Tokens, a token for a soul stone, King's Collection, and Gothic without any problems and within the last week.

I, also, received the emails for every one of them. The codes worked fine on EAs site. I had to edit them to 6-5-5-5-5-5-5 digits for the in game code to accept. I don't think that's going to be fixed though.

I just bought King's Collection... yesterday? Day before? No problems, email confirmation both for the purchase and for the addition to my account, also had to modify to 6-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5 or however many.

No hiccups at all from my end throughout this 'debacle'

I believe that both of the posters above used the store2.origin.com site to make the purchases. If you use the standard origin.com url, your invoice will "fail".
But, wait - It's not enough to just use the store2.origin.com link, you also must know HOW to use it.

See posts 29,30 in this thread for exactly what you must do to order anything.

While I do have my reservations about an in game store to buy game codes, I definitely will be glad to see the Origin Store fall by the wayside.

Haven't tried it since paypal failed for me, then it charged my card $38.50 twice (Of which i'm still awaiting a refund.. ) . So no.

The invoice failed error is still happening to a lot of people:

Some people just can't use the new origin store because it will fail to generate an invoice while charging your card for $1 to check for funds.
If you get the invoice failed error, go to http://store2.origin.com and shop there.

Is there anyone else from the UK here that can check the store for the kings collection. It doesn't appear to be showing any more.

It is not showing in the new Brazil store either, but it is still available at http://store2.origin.com
Try it, it might be still there.

It's not on the 'default' store, but is on store2 ... I am reluctant to publicise that too much since I can see some moron at EA deciding 'that's not what WE think should happen' and closing it down though, they seem to regard customers being able to pay them money as some sort of inconvenience....

Maybe it's a difference of nationalities? I see the King's collection on the 'default' store and have had no billing issues.

I am reluctant to publicise that too much since I can see some moron at EA deciding 'that's not what WE think should happen' and closing it down though, they seem to regard customers being able to pay them money as some sort of inconvenience....

I tried Opera, Safari, IE 10, Firefox and Chrome on my laptop.
Then I remoted in to a dedicated server I have in the US and tried IE 9, Firefox and Chrome there. Nothing worked.
I always got the invoice failed error.

I got gametime code on origin.store.com a couple days ago, paid with paypal.. everything ok (well i had to change the code to 5-5-5-5-5 or whatever..)
