Can we tone down the random timer for house placement after fall?

Its very random though. Ive seen houses that were placed 40mins from the time the house dropped. They wont change it because the whiners were all pissy because people who would script would have that house down before you could blink and get most of the loot to boot. Or just some who was very good at placing.
Go with a group of friends. Make sure they agree that if they place it will be transfered to you.
We have been at houses that i could place at almost right away. Then we've been at houses that took nearly 18 hours to let us place. In situations like that we take turns waiting it out and whoever the house spot was originally for we just transfer it to them. That is part of being in a guild helping each other out.
To be honest though, ive done a lot less IDOCs since the changes to house placement timers. I just dont get the loot I used to. Being quick with the mouse was always your best friend in placing. I dont care what anyone says, SCRIPTING is not the fastest way to place a house (if there were no timers).
