Asuka, Izumo, and Wakoku may also be getting ready to fall into the "black hole." Guild and faction data has been posted within the last 24 hours for all the other Japanese, Korean, and Taiwanese shards, but not those three.
Because this data is posted on the official UO website, I'm guessing that complaints or questions about it should probably be directed to UO's community representatives at Mythic, i.e., Rowland Cox, James Nichols, and Kai Schober. Seems pointless to send anything to the uobugs e-mail address because (1) for me at least, e-mails I send to that address always bounce back with a "too many hops" error; and (2) this isn't really a bug in the game and whoever collects "bug" information for UO may not feel it's their job to pass along non-bug information to someone who might actually have the responsibility or tools to address the problem.
So, on the off chance that Rowland, James, or Kai is reading but is far too embarrassed to admit they don't have any idea what this thread is talking about, open up your browser and go to the official UO website (

Mythic Entertainment | Ultima Online | Play the 14-Day Free Trial!). Then click on the "My UO" button on the left side of the page to expand it.
Pick either the "Guilds" or the "Factions" link and you'll find yourself on pages that display comprehensive (well, actually at this point, INCOMPLETE) data for guilds or factions across the entire game. On each page, you'll also find either a drop-down box (factions page) or a set of links to direct you to each specific shard's page.
If you go to the various shard pages in either category (guilds or factions), you'll soon notice that there are eight shards that show a new update date and time every day (Baja, Chesapeake, Lake Austin, Lake Superior, Napa Valley, Origin, Pacific, and Sonoma) but no information is actually posted. I'm not sure how long these shards have had reporting problems, but am guessing the problems started when the hardware maintenance took place in recent months. What doesn't make sense to me though is that Oceania's data reporting seems to have survived the process and, assuming Chesapeake and Lake Superior aren't the only shards with server hardware in the same location, so did the other shards in that location.
What's also strange is that three Japanese shards (Asuka, Izumo, and Wakoku) that apparently finished their server maintenance because they are now online, didn't resume reporting along with the other shards that also went through the same process.
Weird stuff.
