theres a pair locked down in the first house south of the east gate along the inner wall in Luna on Europa.

There is a pair on Pacific on display on the south side of luna at a museum. Worth the visit, south of the city but inside the walls. You can't miss the 2 story statues.

a waste to lock them down they would round out the perfect suit nicely

People who generally have the money for vinecords either:

1. Already have a suit with perfect resists
2. Don't waste time to pvp much and just make money to collect with
3. Spend real $ on things and could care less about utility
