Unless it's changed since then, no. I had a red on SP and I always wished I had done the summon fey quest before I had gone red.

Use another blue character to finish the quest and transfer the scroll?

No blue characters? On Siege? It's a non-repeatable quest; do it on a trial account and transfer the scroll.

Even if you are able to obtain the scroll elsewhere, you must complete this quest before you may cast it.

I am pretty sure I did all the SW quests for the scrolls with a red char aswell.
Cant remember for sure now and dont know what the quests actually were about, but I remember going to sanctuary in felluca and just do it =)

Please correct me if anyone knows for sure!

Sorry, summon Fey quest is only available from Heartwood,
summon fiend quest is only available from Sanctuary.

Im ok with reds not being able to summon fey but i dont think there should be a grandfather clause for ppl that did the quest and go red. Not that spell weaving isnt usefull without the fey but they sure own the crap outa the fiends esp if your playing a char that you try to keep some karma on.

Either they should make it so everyone can do the quest or remove the ability of ppl that did the quest blue and then went red to cast the spell

Seems to me that a red would have negative karma. When I walk into Twisted Weld on my Necromancer, every Fey in the place attacks me. If a red summonsed a Fey wouldn't it attack him on sight?

Makes sense... but then... if a blue summons the fiend the imp does not attack...

Besides... even a red could potentially have positive karma...

It is possible to do the quest on a red. If you attempted it and are stuck on a part, perhaps say what you are stuck on. But for the sake of saying the two parts commonly attributed to being non "red friendly" are as follows:

The start of the quest is in heartwood, near where you would take the Spellweaving quest. And Airel is located near the Spirituality shrine in Fel. Those are the only two parts I can tell that people get confused about, the second part being because it is different than for a blue player.
