Can I have 2x spell mods on one weapon?

Can you have for example hit fireball and hit lightning one one weapon?

I'm guessing no, maybe one spell and one area. Just want to make sure.

One Hit spell effect and 1 hit area effect for regular runic crafting and Imbuing

Reforging can put 3 hit effects on a weapon - Hit spell (from the original list), Hit Area, and one of the "new" hit effects (Mana Drain, Fatigue, etc.) - with the right choices of properties.

my new yumi, reforged with ssi and hit mana drain. i imbued fireball and velocity as well.... sweet.
