Can ethereal mounts be gven to other accounts?

I have one account with some rewards and I would like to use a mount for another player on a different account. Is it as simple as whoever has the mount in their pack can use it? I ask because when I went to select one, it said it was assigned to the character. I canceled out.

Ethy mounts can be given to any char. They just need to be of the right age to be able to ride it. There not account bound like the soulstones.

yes the only restriction is the age of acct, but yes they can be freely traded
