Some of his hired goons that he calls City Guards or some other silly name lost their lives last night. He blames the Guards of vesper who were just doing their job and attending to the calls of their citizens as his hired thugs continued their heavy handed tactics..

that was just my view from the chaos, I was there to discuss our future shipment of Trinsic Rum to your fine city. The general Chaos that I saw has me re-considering our position. If that can happen within your city, what might happen on the water as we ship our rum?
