As stated previously, please quote your EOI number in a new ticket if you feel that any of your old enquiries have not been addressed. Although we have improved and expanded our customer support team to offer a better service across all games, please bear in mind that the next few days will be particularly busy and it may take slightly longer than usual to reply to all tickets.
