Buying Armor Buying Semi-Specific Arty Armor

I have (3) slots available to fill the mods I need, so any of the 3 slots will work: Arms, Chest, Gloves

Need to have the typical arty resists (somewhere around 17/19/18/18/19 give or take a few)

Need to have some of the following mods:
Studded (necessity)
Str
Int or MI
LMC 8
