Buying Seeds of Renewel/ Blank Hat w/mods

Im needing 30 seeds of renewel so I can have a (perfered Jesters) hat made for me.

When the hats done I want it to have 2MR, 2HPR, 3SR, 100 luck, and 8 HPs.
I dont want a GM made one, just normal game 3/3/5/3 resists (yes I know it'd be better with GM resists but I still want crappy normal resist).

Plz PM me or tell me where you vendor is so i can purchase them.
(I have the rest needed for making the hat, just need the seeds)

Please place them on yur vendor at whatever price and I can decide if the cost is too high. (plant people can get these for free off plants BTW)(This doesnt mean that I wont still pay a fair price for them)

Also, if anyone has a blank hat with the some of the above mods on them AND NOTHING ELSE ill purchase it as well. (please keep in mind I need ALL 5 mods open, so cant have anything extra)

Few things I forgot about before you all tell me.

HPs only go to 5 and not 8.
Total for all my mods is 510 points, so ill have to go 4HPs and the rest is do'able.
Gonna have to be GM Exp made for the 500 points for what I need and not 450 game spawned max.

Still Need the seeds but the blank game spawned hat isnt needed.

SO JUST SEEDS PLEASE PEOPLE.
